I hate it when people tell the truth, don’t you?

I am currently looking for 10 strong men with leadership
qualities to join me on the Timaru District Council as we lead Timaru towards prosperity in the next 3 years.

I am also looking for a group of supportive women to nominate me and my team of men as their leaders.
The women I am looking for must understand the role of both genders in society and appreciate that the male is the head of the animal kingdom of which we are all a part of.
They must also appreciate that it’s the man’s job to lead and protect their wives, their family, their home and their country.

Non of us are pleased with the way the human race is treating each other but we have to look at the cause of why it is happening and not just the end result.

On Sunday we witnessed a group of people march up
Stafford Street Timaru in protest of child abuse. The people leading the march were women. These women’s children and their husbands or partners were tagging along behind like little puppy dogs.
The message these women were sending out to the children
and the men in their lives was this. Mother is the boss, she is the leader and everyone does what Mum says.

My belief is that society will only get worse in New Zealand if we men continue to let women dominate what was originally designed to be a mans job.
No, of course we don’t want to go back to the stone age
where many women were slaves but we do need to go back to the days where Dad was the boss and he was the one sitting at the head of the table.

On the surface this is not the kind of letter that will win me
votes but I have enough faith in human nature to know that with a bit of thought and open discussion on the subject the right number of people will realise that my message is right.

I hate it when people tell the truth don’t you, that’s why it hurts.
