I have just been watching Nigel Latta on the television. Yes he is funny which helps sooth the pain for his audience in the short term but I’m unsure if it will do much good in the long term.
In 2005 when I was life coaching I published personal self development manuals called THINK TALK for my clients. Each client was given their own self development manual.
In lesson 4 of the THINK TALK manual it has a graphic image describing how your brain works and how to let go of your feelings and emotions. The chapter gives you step by step instructions on how to cope with stressful situations. There are 7 lessons in the manual and when used together they will change the direction of your life for the better.
I believe that the THINK TALK manual for your life would be of tremendous benefit for earthquake victims for the rest of their life and every Christchurch person should read one.
If you would like a copy of the manual or would like me to give a talk to
your group then you can contact me on Phone 03 686 1271

I am also writing to let you know of the perfect experience my friend’s daughter found browsing your webblog. She picked up a lot of things, not to mention how it is like to possess an excellent giving nature to have most people quite simply know various tortuous topics. You actually did more than our own desires. Many thanks for delivering the insightful, healthy, edifying and in addition easy thoughts on that topic to Tanya.
