Tiger balm onmenuts threatens to see elderly couple sleeping in the gutter

My wife and I have received a threatening letter from someone calling themselves Tiger balm on me nuts. It has come from an Australian email address. The letter was followed up 11 minutes later with another letter signed by the name our former employee

Analysing the letters
What I want to do in this article is to compare the letters with what my wife and I have experienced with fighting the employment law

Below is the first letter with my reponse in red

Mr Bishop,

I have a story I’d like to share. I was an employee in a small office and I witnessed something totally unjust occur. My employer was a strange guy, he used to arrange stuffed animals in a conference room and give them motivational speeches.

Ronnies Reply:  I also ran motivational seminars  but my clients were not stuffed animals they were very intelligent people who became very successful from my motivation coaching

He also had a blog where he shared his thoughts, but couldn’t work out that the only positive comments he got on it were from automatic spammers with generic “fill the gap” type comments that linked back to their own web pages.

Ronnies Reply:  Yes I had trouble with spammers like this as well

But back to the story:

I used to work at this office as a type of book keeper. I’d order the stationery and make sure the business was running smoothly. I also ran alongside this a life insurance business.

Ronnies Reply: I hired a women once and she also had her own life insurance agency and she used to sell life insurance from our office using our phones, post box and stationery

One day, after I got back from a holiday, my mad employer had a go at me for stealing stuff. He said that I’d bought stuff on the company account that  for work. All in all it was a few pens and some post it notes! I mean, what kind of kook has a go at you for that? Anyway, he fired me because his business  making any money and he needed to get rid of me.

Ronnie Reply: I had an employee do that to me once as well and she also thought that she could steal the small stuff from me and get away with it. My employee even had the cheek to come into my personal office one day when I wasn’t there and and take my stuff to her home. The last time she did this was just before I dismissed her for alleged dishonesty and I have never see the goods since.

I made a personal grievance claim. My employer was really unrealistic throughout. If he’d just apologised and paid me a fair amount in lost wages then that  been the end of the matter. Instead, he condescended to me and tried to talk like he had the moral high ground. I left the mediation with him because he was too convinced that he was right.

Ronnies Reply: Well the same thing happened to me only I did offer to exchange apologies and pay her wages but she also left the mediation meeting with out saying why.
She later returned her wages and went on to spend over $35000 on lawyers fees in pusuit of the fruits from the one sided law.

So the ERA found in my favour completely. Then my employer tried to appeal. In doing so, this crazy tried to sue the bank, the police, the government, the Prime Minister, my law firm and the ERA!!! Absolute bonkers. Naturally, the Employment Court threw all that out and found in my favour AGAIN!

Ronnies Reply  I did that as well but I soon found out that you cannot counterclaim against the law makers.

But here is the injustice: Instead of paying up and ending the matter, this guy is still going on about it. He writes constantly on his blog complaining about the “unfair onesided law” and is saying he’ll publish a book about it. Fortunately, he has no money and everyone knows he’s nuts so its unlikely to get published.

Ronnies Reply: What concerns me about this statement is that Tiger balm on me nuts has asked me to publish his/her story in my book even when she knows I have no money to publish it

I have taken out a charging order on his house to ensure I get paid. It was the least I could do. He doesn’t seem to realise that the next step is to get a sale order from court, which will force the house to be sold. He seems to think that I wont get paid until he dies, but I’ll see him sleeping in the gutter before his time is out.

Ronnies Reply: My former employee has also threatened to do this to me  and she also wants to see me sleeping in the gutter before I die. I’m not sure that threatening an elderly couple in this way is legal or not but it certainly puts fear into innocent old ladies

Anyhoo, I’d be grateful if you could include my story in your upcoming book. Its really good that you’re doing this and I’m proud to be part of the movement to change the law. Many thanks.

Ronnies Reply: It is good to see that at least Tigerbalm on me nuts wants to see a change in the law

Letter Submitted on 2012/02/17 at 3:01 pm from my former employee

Naming people
When I started this campaign I was very careful not to name people so I was surprised to see a letter come on to my blog written by my former employee telling everyone her name
I dont intend to publish her name but if you are interested you can find her letter and name in the comments section of EMPLOYMENT STORIES WANTED
This is not the first email I have received from my former employee since her dismissal . Just after she left I got emails from her inviting me to join her on a match making website

This campaign is about changing the law not finding fault with peoples behaviour. However if we receive anymore threats  from people wishing to see us sleeping in the gutter  or any attempts are made to sell our home then we will have no option but to name everyone who has been invloved in our employment case in the last 4 years

Public Support
There is no way the employment laws in this country can ever be changed without public support. We want to hear from people with a story to tell about their employment disputes so write to us with your story. Nothing will be published without your approval

Kind Regards
Ronnie B

Ron, lets get one thing straight. My name is Tigerbalm Onmenuts. Please use capitals and no spaces in the middle of either of my names. You insult my family when you fail to use proper grammer – old pappy Deepheat Onmenuts would be turning in his grave!

And whats with all this animosity? I’ve seen your house and a comfy gutter would be an upgrade. But no one is going to boot Mrs B out of her home. We are going to shift her with care and dignity to the alley behind Farmers. It will be like camping.

I’m unclear whether you are going to use my story in your book. Please confirm. If so, I think that I should be entitled to a percentage of the proceeds. I think 60% is fair. I’m sure you agree so lets call it a deal.

Sorry about miss spelling your nuts. Now you are getting lower in the gutter and I knew you would be wanting money
    Give my regards to Christine
