Ronnie B has been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer

Moral Support
I have been having tests for prostrate cancer over the past number of weeks so when the news came that I did actually have cancer I was ready for it.
My first thoughts were that there must be other men in my town who have prostrate cancer and how can I find these men so we can offer each other moral support. My search continues for moral support so if you have a story  about your experience then please write to me on this post

 Estate Planning
After learning that my life may be shortened I started to think about my personal affairs and what will happen to my estate when I die. I once had a freehold home until the Governments one sided employment law made it possible for a former employee and a firm of solicitors to take security over our family home.

When I die my former employee and her lawyers get to carve up between them some $30,000 of my estate which includes money left to me by parents. It was money my wife and I were planning to pass on down through the generations to our children and grandchildren but thanks to the one sided law those hopes and dreams are now gone.

 The Vultures
When I die our family home will now be used to pay a women who spent some $35,000 with a law firm in pursuit of compensation for her hurt feelings after being sacked for alleged dishonesty. Unfortunately both her and her lawyers have no compassion for elderly people and they will do whatever the one sided law permits them to do to get their greedy hands our money.

Mental verses Physical Illness
I have suffered from a mental illness and a physical illness and I’m not sure which one is worse. I guess the mental illness is worse because sacked employees can use it against their employers to win their personal grievance case in an employment court. If you have a
physical illness and you die early then the one sided law says your former employer can feed off your estate.

Politicians
I have yet to find  a politician with a heart who will take any notice of the one sided law that is causing unemployment in New Zealand is closing down businessess, and destroying peoples lives. If the  Government can introduce a law that stops employees from claiming a personal grievance inside 90 days then why the can’t they remove the personal grievance clause altogether. That way we would be keeping good people honest instead of paying them to be dishonest under the present employment law.

The Life and Times of Ronnie B
I hope I live long enough to see my life story published but unfortunately I no longer have the energy to write it on my own. To help change the law I want to hear from you about what happened in your employment dispute
Were you descriminated against due to a mental illness.
How did you handle the news of a possible early death.

Write and tell me

Kinds Regards
Ron E Bishop aka Ronnie B
