Thank you for your interest in my case. I am currently writing a book called THE ONE SIDED LAW
I will be taking parts of my case to demonstrate why the emloyment industry is so lucrative for solicitors and so costly for employers.
The people I want to sue for damages are an Insurance Company, Trading Bank, ERA member, Barrister, Law Firm, Former Police officer, former employee. I have already complained about the judge and sent out invitations to solicitors to give me a hand and their is not one in New Zealand that will fight for me against these heavies because they all wear the same school tie.

Mr Bishop,
I have followed your blog for a few months now and have become increasingly curious about your case. I am actually a fairly accomplished barrister and I infrequently practice in the employment jurisdiction. I would like to dig a little deeper to understand what avenues are available to challenge what you’ve experienced in the Employment Court. However, and I want to be very firm about this, I want to assess the case before I put my or my firms name to this. You have to appreciate that you are proposing to sue a barrister and that is usually a red flag to us in the legal profession not to go near you. I propose to keep my name to myself initially but will reveal it once I have review the key documents and come to a view on the case. To that end, I wonder if you’d be kind enough to send me the key documents for my perusal to my above email address. It would also be helpful if you could put a chronology of events together so that I can have an overview of the background to this matter.

What do you mean I would be too afraid to reveal myself? My name is there for all to see – I’m Philip Fry, a delivey man. I enjoy vanilla lattes and have a pet named Nibbler. Your book sounds enthralling. Just a quick question, will you be writing it on the street or in a bus shelter? Just checking becasue you’re about to lose your home. Can you include a picture of yourself in your ragged clothes while setting down for the night in a cardboard box after fighting a stray dog for it – just to illistrate the dramatic effect the one sided employment law can have? I would definitely by that book.

I dont know who Phillip Fry is and he would not have the guts to reveal himself anyway. I just hope he will buy a copy of my book when I publish it
The name of the book is called The One Sided Law
It will open the eyes of many New Zealanders and hopefully bring about change to the one sided law. I’m not fighting his battle for myself I’m fighting it for all N Z small business owners

Ron,
The best advice I’ve ever heard on your blog is from Kane above. And it the best by a country mile. I admire someone who doesnt quit and fights for what they think is right, but what you are doing is fighting against what is right. You have crossed the line into sheer bloody mindedness. The court heard your case, twice, and found against you emphatically. If you refuse to accept the law, and maintain this view that you are above it, then you will cost yourself and your family everything. What you did was wrong – take your punishment like a man and stop blaming everyone else for your mistakes.
