Terms & Conditions - SH1 Directories

1. Business names with phone and address details are listed on the SH1 Business Directories free of charge.
2. This is a privately owned website and the Editor of SH1 Business Directories reserves the right to delete any non paying business from the directory without providing a reason.
3. Businesses eligible for listing must trade either in or around SH1 (State Highway One) including Invercargill, Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, Ashburton and Christchurch.
4. Business names and contact details are edited annually and SH1 Business Directories do not guarantee the accuracy of any information published unless the business is a subscriber to the directory.
5. A business becomes a subscriber by paying an annual fee based on the amount of information they provide to the directory for publication.
6. The contract becomes valid once the business accepts the invoice and any business that cancels their order after 7 days of receiving the invoice will be liable for a 20% cancellation fee.
7. The annual fee is payable for the current year and the subscriber will receive an invoice for their renewal 1 month before the due date.
8. If any subscriber chooses not to renew their annual fee then their information including their free phone listing will be removed from the directory.
9. Fees and services are published on this website. SH1 Business Directories may change the types and the amount of the fees at any time without notice.
10. All fees quoted are subject to 12.5% GST.
